Over the past 20 years, we recognized a distinct shift from straight licensing models to much more sophisticated “two-way” cooperation schemes leveraging supply chain options and market access, while securing and protecting each partner’s know-how and expertise.
We have extensive experience with all types of strategic partnerships, including in/out-licensing, upstream, downstream, supply chain, localization, outsourcing, etc. Our strategic partnering mandates are mostly international and/or transcontinental.
